Our Team
Ian Maxwell is a Bay Area native with a passion for art and real estate. He has been shooting photos of homes all over the Bay Area for the last seven years. His work has been featured in Luxury Home and Diablo Magazine. Ian is a licensed drone pilot, and he uses his aerial photography skills to help real estate agents re imagine the best ways to market their listings. Outside of work, Ian enjoys staying active playing golf, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.

A virtual tour is created by stitching together a series of photos taken from different angles to create a 360-degree view. This can be done with software or with special equipment that captures the images.
The finished product can be embedded on a website, or it can be viewed as a standalone video. It’s a great way to give potential buyers an idea of what the property looks like and how it feels to walk through it.
We deliver photography and other services the day after your shoot. Complex services like Video and virtual staging may take up to 48 hours. As soon as the service is complete, you’ll receive and e-mail/SMS notification notifying you that your media is available to download.
The download link will also be available in your Agent Dashboard for each appointment.
