Is the property website included with my shoot?+
Yes, with every XLRE photo package. If you book an individual service, you can add the Marketing Kit for $225. Custom domains are the only other paid add-on.
How much does a custom domain cost?+
Prices are shown before you buy and start at $24.30 a year. A .com is $29.25 for the first year. Registration, WHOIS privacy, DNS, and SSL are all included. Domains do not renew automatically.
Can I use the website on the MLS?+
Yes. Every listing has an unbranded version that hides your branding and contact details, so it meets MLS virtual tour rules.
What happens when the home sells?+
When you archive the listing, visitors see a tasteful "no longer available" page that still shows your contact card, so late visitors can still reach you.
